How do I replace my lost membership card?
Please contact the Front Desk. A lost card can be reissued for a $5.00 fee.
How do I make changes to my membership account?
Call the Front Desk at 905-898-1861, and ask to speak with a membership manager.
How do I change my pre-authorize payment info?
Please contact our administration offices that are open Monday to Friday
between 9:30am-5:30pm at (905) 898-1861
Can I put my membership on hold?
Persechini Fitness memberships can be put on hold for a minimum of 1 month to a maximum of 6 months annually. All requests must be made by speaking with a manager and completing a requisition form to receive written authorization.
Can I transfer my membership?
A member may transfer a membership to a friend or family member within the first year of a membership agreement. Please contact a membership manager for details. A minimal transfer fee applies.
How do I resign my membership?
Persechini Fitness requires 30 days advanced written notice by registered mail or in person at the club, subject to the following conditions and terms of their agreement. (Member must have fulfilled 12 month contractual obligation and account must be in good standing). Please contact your membership manager for more details.
