Group Fitness
We are proud to offer you a variety of classes including
aerobic, yoga, Cardio-Karate, pilates, dance, spinning,
boxing, dance and a host of other classes taught by certified
instructors. Our specialized studio provides you with large
open environment,
a wood sprung cushioned floor for optimal comfort and support.
Many of our classes incorporate the use of BOSU balls, resistance
bands, free weights and body bars. For a complete description
