Beginner:
Clients learn how to safely and effectively establish workout patterns. By promoting a better understanding of safe and efficient exercise techniques, a trainer’s concentrated attention can produce great results for those just starting out, as well as those starting over.
Intermediate:
Clients may often reach a plateau on route to their fitness goals. An experienced Trainer can show you new and/or alternative methods that will allow you to advance to a new level of fitness.
Advanced:
Clients use Personal Training as a means to specific goal attainment. Whether it’s training for a sport, marathon or more specific body composition, your Trainer will help you attain a successful game plan.
How do I know if Personal Training is for me?
After completing a complimentary fitness assessment provided by a Certified Fitness Consultant, we will evaluate your fitness motivation and ultimate goals and make recommendations as to how a Personal Trainer will assist you in achieving your goals.
To make sure everyone is getting optimal progress, we graph and track client progress, with complimentary fitness assessment retests every eight weeks.
